Our team consist of 11 members who have different business backgrounds (such as VP, HR Director) with different expertise and diversity, specialized in EQ, ICF accredited. We can submit all our services both in English and Turkish.

We have EQAC and BPC Certified 7 Members. Our Founder Erdem Ercan is an EQAP, EQAC, EQAT, VSCC as well as an IPM, EQFIT certified.

Erdem Ercan, the founder of Hayatın Ritmi and Six Seconds Trainer, graduated from Adler Coaching School in 2013. He coaches senior executives and teams with over 2.000 hours of coaching experience with a PCC title. He is also combining EQAP&EQAC& EQAT – Six Seconds and Body Language – Micro-expressions (ETAC&ESAC) expertise with 12 years of management and 12 years of entrepreneurial experience in his works. He works with local and international companies with over 3.000 hours of Training, 1.300 hours of Consulting and over 50 hours of speaker experience. He has been providing ICF-EMCC Certified Coaching trainings in partnership with Solutions Academy, which provides services with a Solution-Oriented coaching approach.

After graduating from Middle East Technical University, Department of Business Administration, he worked as a manager at Teba (1996-1997), Anadolu Efes Beverage Group (1998-2005) and Gilan Jewelery (2006-2009). Later, he founded the companies Dymra Gıda (2009-2012) and Hayatın Ritmi Coaching-Education-Consultancy (2013-…).

He designed the “Teamwork with Sirtaki” training by blending his Sirtaki experience of more than 20 years with his Instructor and Coaching knowledge. Together with John Leary Joyce, he created the ICF approved CCE certified Tango & Coaching training, which is a blend of his Tango experience of more than 20 years, with his Instructor and Coaching knowledge. As this training was highly appreciated by the participants, it took place in London and Budapest as well as Istanbul.
