Many companies have a "Corporate Social Responsibility" (CSR) program to improve the community, especially where their employees live and work. Emotional intelligence will help them achieve their goals!
This campaign aims to invite 1000 companies to use emotional intelligence as a way to meet their CSR goals by sponsoring programs that can be delivered by employees or employees+professionals -- such as:
- EQ Parenting Training for employees and parents
- EQ Coaching for after school programs
- EQ School initiative with assessment, training, coaching to improve environment for learning
