Professional Certification for Emotional Intelligence Assessment and Coaching
SEI Coach Certification
Become a "Certified SEI EQ Coach" equipped to use best-in-class tools for measuring and developing the core competencies of emotional intelligence.
Coaching succeeds when you help people make important changes to achieve their goals but helping people make significant change is a major challenge. Whether you are a manager coaching employees or an independent consultant, helping someone change requires penetrating insight, enduring fortitude, and an arsenal of tools to help them increase awareness and commit to action. While many people can coach on a "tactical" level, few have the experience and skill to work with the emotional drivers of behavior and help people truly transform. What emotions block change, and how do you help a client shift those into the emotions that fuel change? What competencies let employees understand and manage their own emotions, and how do you teach those? Emotional intelligence is the key.
Join the world-leaders in emotional intelligence assessment and development to learn invaluable tools for improving performance. In a highly experiential, practical, and hands-on program, you will learn to use your own EQ to help clients and employees do the same through the Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Assessment and EQ Coaching Process.
