My Noble Goal is...To support people with clarity so that they can find fulfillment in their endeavors

My work is about... Supporting performance by blending the emotional data of individuals, teams and organisation to create transformation in different areas of businesses included leadership, sales, service, followership and general execution.

Professional accomplishments include... Since joining the Six Seconds' network, I have built a community of over 200 professionals who are practising EQ to make the world a better place in their different endeavors including Career, Teenage Coaching, Education, Childcare, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Mediation, and several works of life. I have created a Nigerian mentoring group, called "The EQ Empowered Woman" of more than 600 women in Nigeria to live optimally with Emotional Intelligence. Since 2018 I have run the Africa Emotional Intelligence Conference in Nigeria annually. I am the author of the book, Thriving with Emotional Intelligence.

 A few past experiences...  I run a Human Resource Management and Consulting Company. in all those years, I battled with a key question “ how do we truly make people change?” My encounter with Six Seconds gave me the solution: emotional intelligence.

One reason I'm personally passionate about emotional intelligence is... Because it ignited the change that I see in myself and, facilitating corporate trainings, I've seen it evoke deep reflection and profound change in participants.
