Climate of Emotions Day 3 REGENERATIVE PLANNING
In the Day 3 experiences, we’ll focus on encompassing the dualities of the process of change: feeling the interconnectedness of our struggles, while recognizing these are not the same struggles. Holding joy for what can be, while grieving for what is already lost. Holding complexity around the massive problems we face, while embracing the simplicity of the micro-changes we can make – and have made. Knowing that large changes are the echo and result of many small ones. By fully embodying the feelings of our future visions, we’ll discover concrete steps that we can embed in our daily lives now.
• Letting the sensations of our emotions teach us about who we can become
• Coming back to Earth, a place that is divided, while holding the feeling of connectedness
• Articulating our noble goals and using that long-term vision as a lens for what’s essential today
• Rooting in the feelings nourishing community to fuel action and planning for further action
• Harnessing all our emotions as rocket fuel to take us to the next place on our journey

Nourish the World With Purpose
Session Description
Food deserts exist all over. More often, they are located in lower income and underserved communities, especially those occupied by black and brown persons. As climate change continues to threaten agriculture, the divide between those provided with better options for food and those who aren’t may widen. What if we decide to teach people to nourish themselves creating their own sustainable solutions lessening fear, scarcity and hopefully impacting long term health consequences of eating unhealthy foods? We will examine what this looks like in this interactive session on a path towards hope for the future.
Facilitator
Aleasa Word is a DEI strategist, certified emotional intelligence practitioner, assessor coach and speaker. Ms.Word engages deep dive conversations and trauma-informed coaching discovery practices to reframe limiting beliefs, empower individuals, improve leadership effectiveness and shift organizational culture.

Living Our Radical Purpose
Session Description
Understanding your feelings and emotions is only a part of understanding yourself. You also need to know why they are there. Learning to read and understand your Radical Purpose through your feelings will help you know yourself, where you have come from, and the path that you are on.
This session is an exploration into our natural guidance system. Learn about the music of the universe and how it uniquely vibrates in each of us. And start to see that those vibrations are the intelligence of the universe at work within you. Learn to view the feelings that motivate your every action as emergent guides towards the path you were born to take — towards your Radical Purpose.
Facilitator
Jose Leal will facilitate the session. Jose is a Portuguese American Canadian living in Silicon Valley. After 30 years in startups with a 10-year stint in corporate leadership, Jose left it all behind to determine why he acted as he did while in his corporate role.
