Situation
Restaurant Sunndays is located in the Centre of Valkenburg, Netherlands, at the foot of a historic castle. Owners Dagman and Ellen wanted to optimize the guest experience by investing in hospitality training for its staff. They believed that by increasing awareness of and skills with emotions, with reading and responding to people, they could build teamwork and improve the guest experience.
Solution
