Thinking strategically, applying a method in the decision-making process, making the best use of all the ‘weak signals’ that we receive from ourselves and others, managing life skills in a structured and methodical way, consciously using motivational levers, are some of the themes – borrowed from experience in the field – that we develop in our training courses. Objectives and contents are agreed and defined with the client with a modular cut, grafting each intervention on the global growth path of the person. To the training is applied the methodological approach of coaching: interactive classroom dynamics, experiential, which opens new perspectives on the style of each participant, analyzing it in-depth, training self-awareness.
LIFE SKILLS® Business has chosen to integrate coaching also within training paths (mixed process) because we believe that it is up to the person to decide how to build their own development path and, therefore, identify the skills to train. Learning is a process of change possible when the person and/or teams choose to become active; the role of the LIFE SKILLS® Business coach is that of a facilitator of the process, offering the person or team a variety of scenarios, alternatives, and experiences that can be translated into practical tools that can be spent daily in the context in which the person acts.
LIFE SKILLS® Business will support you in the realization of experiential events that develop the well-being of your employees and the entire community. Through social responsibility projects aimed at employees and their families or educational and social health contexts in the area (schools, hospitals, senior citizens’ centers, associations in the area) your organization can contribute to the promotion of life skills and strengthen the sense of belonging to the company by workers and integration in the social context of reference.
