At Otherwise we embrace the complexity of our days to accompany people and organizations in exploring the otherwise possible. We do this through training and inspiration, coaching, facilitation, and design of experiences, pathways, and transformations that help us face and ride the increasingly impetuous changes of our times.
In this scenario, we believe that curiosity, desire, and the ability to question and be permeable to the new are fundamental and for this reason, our mission is to “train in amazement”. In this perspective, we have developed a series of unconventional approaches that contaminate training with “other” of value and we work with enthusiasm on the issues of creativity, innovation, and problem-solving also thanks to design thinking that for us is not only a technique but a real way of thinking, that we share because people are really put at the center of the process.

Personal coaching is a one to one relationship (between coach and coachee) with the priority aim of enhancing the strengths of the person, helping them to find the right resources and put them into practice through a structured and action-oriented method.
We help organizations, teams and people to deal with change and transformation paths in all its phases, using different approaches, methods and tools that we incorporate in an organic design.
