My Noble Goal is... Helping others be their best, while remaining true to myself

My work is about... Supporting transformation in people and organizations as deeply as possible, as often as possible, resulting in improved lives and workplaces.

Professional accomplishments include... In five years as Regional Network Director, Master Trainer, Certified EQ Facilitator and EQ Coach, I've trained hundreds of people to use the powerful assessment tools of Six Seconds. More importantly, I've been privileged to witness the transformation that results from deeply and consistently practicing the skills of emotional intelligence.

 A few past experiences... Before joining Six Seconds, I had various roles in the healthcare field, including Medical Technologist, Microbiology Supervisor, Infection Prevention Practitioner, Medical Software Credentialed Trainer. I also completed Lean Six Sigma training while working in healthcare, which highlighted for me the need to bring the rational and the emotional sides together in making change anywhere!

One reason I’m personally passionate about emotional intelligence is…. the opportunity for personal transformation that it offered to me. It has made such a difference in my own life, that it brings me great joy when I see that transformation happening in the lives of others.
