Insights for Great Teachers

EQ Insights for Great Teachers is a customized training and workbook for teachers to increase self-awareness, build confidence, and improve people management skills. The tips and exercises are based on each teacher’s unique emotional intelligence profile, including strengths and areas of opportunity.

What’s in it: The EQ Insights for Great Teachers Workbook is a personalized development plan for teachers to put emotional intelligence into action in their work and life. It’s an interactive workbook with exercises, reflection questions and more.

It consists of 4 main sections:

1. Introduction to Emotional Intelligence – What does it mean to be “smarter with feelings”?
2. Introduction to Brain Styles – Learn more about your brain, and how that affects others, including your students.
3. Introduction to Brain Talents – How can you most effectively use your talents to engage your students?
